Jungle Zipline in El Nogalito Daily (weather permitting) from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Lunch Included (alcoholic beverages additional)
Located only 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Puerto Vallarta, El Nogalito feels that is like at least a million miles away. A jungle sanctuary cradled inside the base of the Sierra Madre Mountains, you journey down an unpaved road towards a tiny pueblo where the people live the lives they have lived for countless generations. At the end of this short journey we find El Nogalito Restaurant with twelve exhilarating ziplines to carry you and your guests over the jungle below. Safety and the environment were the primary concerns when these lines were placed by the engineers, with not a tree being removed during the construction process. The friendly staff at El Nogalito will ensure your safety through the ziplines, with only minimal hiking or climbing needed to place yourself over 250 feet over the river valley below as you speed down cables as long as 500 plus feet. Magnificent views, wildlife and foliage surround you as you make your way along this exciting journey so bring your camera to catch the action. There’s even a double zipline near the end to race your friends to lunch! After hanging 300 feet in the air over the jungle floor enjoy a traditional Mexican grill lunch at El Nogalito Restaurant. We include round trip transportation from convenient pick-up locations within Puerto Vallarta (Marina to the north and Conchas Chinas to the south), all safety equipment and instruction, plus tequila tasting and a Mexican grill lunch (alcoholic beverages additional) after this exhilarating experience! The maximum guest weight is limited to 250 pounds for comfort and equipment sizing with a minimum age of 7 years old. Horseback Riding on the Rio Cuale Daily (weather permitting) from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Horseback ride in one of the most gorgeous jungle areas of Puerto Vallarta with a traditional Mexican cowboy on My Own Concierge's favorite adventure! We only allow a maximum of six people per ride to make this a private and unique experience for you and your guests. You will be picked up by your My Own Concierge team member, and after a short 10 minute drive, you arrive at the banks of the Cuale River at the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountains. Continuing up the mountain from the river, you arrive at a mountain lookout point with a magnificent view of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta below. You'll visit a small waterfall cascade on the river, which happens to be a great place for a swim! A half hour later, you head back down to the river surrounded by lush tropical vegetation including wild orchids, palms, and bromeliads as you continue back into Puerto Vallarta.
PLEASE NOTE: Horseback riding skills are not necessary for this adventure, but you will need to follow basic instructions through your journey. Clothing requirements include jeans or long pants, and sneakers, shoes, or boots (no flip-flops or sandals), and please note your shoes and pants may get wet. We suggest a hat, sunscreen, a swimsuit (or birthday suit!), and bug spray for your own comfort... as well as bringing a camera to capture the adventure!
Puerto Vallarta, located in the famed fishing hole of Banderas Bay, is one of the Top 5 deep sea fishing destinations in Mexico. Fishing is a year-long activity for locals and tourists alike, and we're home to the annual Puerto Vallarta International Sailfish & Marlin Fishing Tournament. You can expect to find ample stocks of Sailfish, Marlin, Mahi Mahi (also known as Dorado or Dolphinfish), Red Snapper, Bonito, Shark and Tuna to catch in these waters. Our captains and crew are all experienced, and are among the best in Banderas Bay, knowing where to find the fish to make the catch of your dreams. They all speak English, allow clothing optional sunbathing, and always ensure a fun experience. All charter prices include transportation from your hotel or villa to the marina, charter boat, fuel, fishing licenses, captain and crew only. Beverages and food are additional, as is a customary tip for crew and captain of $800 pesos. We want to make sure your fishing experience is to your satisfaction and will arrange whatever your needs may be, including special requests for catered food & beverages.
PLEASE NOTE: A "catch and release" policy is encouraged, and at certain times of the year the government has strict policies regarding which type of fish can be kept, and which type must be released. But if you want to taste a little something of what you caught, such as freshly caught Tuna, Snapper or Mahi Mahi (also known as Dorado or Dolphinfish), let the captain know as we can arrange for one of several local restaurants to oblige your desire to feast on your catch that same day! A fishing license is included in your charter fee, and is issued at the marina to each individual with the assistance of the charter captain and harbor master.

VALLARTA CITY TOUR
Puerto Vallarta was a thriving Mexican fishing village and port town long before it became one of the world’s leading international travel destinations. The town’s proximity to the Bay of Banderas, the agricultural valley of the Ameca River, and the important mining centers in the Sierra have given it a more complex, geographically, and culturally rich past than most Mexican tourist spots. Understanding the history, art, and natural wonders of Puerto Vallarta will give your trip more breadth and depth and have you feeling like a global connoisseur. On this tour, we will stimulate your intellect, massage your senses, and escort you safely through and beyond Puerto Vallarta. You’ll take a “Reader’s Digest” journey through time and space and venture just beyond the city to a few of its premiere nature spots. Your tour will commence with the Malecon, a paved walkway along the seashore in Colonial Centro, especially popular for its collection of contemporary sculpture and its wide range of vendors, stores, restaurants and wares. The tour will allow you to stop at all of the important attractions and sites that Puerto Vallarta has to offer, and you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the many wonderful shops and take beautiful photos of the well-preserved colonial landmarks. After touring historic Puerto Vallarta, you’ll be led on a 20-minute drive out of the city, along lush, jungle-covered mountains to the left and the open and vast coastline to the right, until you arrive at Los Arcos, or "The Arches." With its spectacular view of the open sea, wide bio diversity and small, rock like islands, Los Arcos remains the same today as it has for centuries. World renowned as both a scuba diving destination and a bird watchers paradise, everything within this scenic nature preserve is protected and its unusual geology make it a truly unique location. After absorbing the beauty and majesty of Los Arcos, you’ll cruise to the Cultural Center, where local artists will share their knowledge of their particular art form, from hand made clay pottery to the extraordinary craft of weaving wall carpets. On your return, you’ll stop at a Raicilla distillery for a delicious tasting and learn about the traditional ways of making this notable, homegrown version of Tequila that has been savored by Mexicans for centuries, but only recently become known elsewhere. Back in town, you’ll leave the tour with a refined sense of Puerto Vallarta’s history, art, and nature that is sure to expand your world view and your capacity to enjoy Mexico as a multi-facetted vacation destination.
